Do you have a store? Where are you located?
We don’t have a storefront yet, but that’s the goal! With the nearest game store about 60 miles away, it’s become painfully clear to us that Montrose needs a safe, fun, and permanent place for the gaming community of all ages to call home, and we’re dedicated to making that happen.
As with any business, opening a physical location requires a lot of capital, which we’re carefully building up. Your support at this stage is vital to making this goal a reality for our community!
Do you host gaming events?
While we don’t have a storefront yet to hold tournaments and the like, we do have places around Montrose that allow us to host casual events. These include monthly Pokémon play & trade days at the Montrose Library, and Magic: The Gathering drafts. The best place to find info for our events is on our Local Events page. Feel free to shoot us a message if you have any questions or requests for future events!
Can I place preorders for upcoming sets?
Unfortunately, due to heavy allocations from distributors and the general unpredictability of the TCG supply these days, we can’t guarantee ahead of time what our stock will be. Because of that, we’re not comfortable with accepting prepayment or preorders for upcoming sets. For certain sets, however, we may set up Reservations or Waiting Lists to give us an idea of what products are in demand locally, and give our loyal customers the opportunity for first pick of what we are able to get.
Do you do special orders?
We’re always on the lookout to expand our selection of games and accessories for our locals to enjoy! As we build relationships with a growing network of distributors, we’re more than happy to take special order requests and do our best to track down what you’re looking for. If there’s something in particular you need, please reach out!
What is your returns policy?
Due to the nature of sealed product in the TCG industry, we do not offer returns. However, if something arrives damaged or not as described, please send us a message within 7 business days, and we’ll make it right.
Cancellations can be requested prior to shipment, but are subject to a 5% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction is made.
