We’re pleased to offer a local pickup option! We can meet up with you anywhere within Montrose city limits for free (we’ll usually suggest somewhere like outside the library or City Market) and bring your order to you. Meetups outside Montrose will incur a separate fee.
Our regular meeting hours for local deliveries are Monday-Friday, 10:00am-6:30pm. Meetup times outside this window are made on a case-by-case basis, often corresponding with our local event schedule. Please note we are also closed for New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Here’s how it works:
Step 1: Fill your cart and proceed to checkout
Step 2: Enter your billing and payments details and select Local Pickup under the shipment options
NOTE: Selecting Local Pickup will also unlock the “Cash on delivery” payment option!
Step 3: (Optional) Include a note about your availability
Step 4: Tap “Place order” and you’re done! You’ll receive a confirmation email for your order, and we’ll reach out to you via either text or email within 1 business day to arrange a time and place to meet up.
IMPORTANT! If we do not receive a reply within 48 hours, your order will be cancelled and refunded. The pickup appointment does not have to be within that time, but we at least need to hear from you to get it scheduled.
